Heitman Appoints Erin Spears EVP of Acquisitions

Heitman LLC, a global real estate investment management firm, today announced the appointment of Erin Spears as Executive Vice President-Acquisitions within its North American Private Real Estate Equity operations.

Prior to joining Heitman, Ms. Spears was Senior Vice President of acquisitions, development, finance, and asset management at Fifield Realty Company where she was responsible for sourcing acquisition and development opportunities and oversaw operations of the firm’s Chicago office. She has also held the position of Vice President, Multifamily Investments at Pearlmark, and Financial Analyst, investment banking at J.P. Morgan Securities, Inc.

Ms. Spears has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University. She was named a “Woman of Influence” by Real Estate Forum in 2016, Real Estate Forum’s 50 under 40 in 2015, and Crain’s Chicago Business’ 40 under 40 in 2015.
