Industry Leader Will Bring Extensive Brokerage Experience, Expert Market Knowledge to Recently Launched Investment Sales and Capital Advisory Brokerage
B6 Real Estate Advisors (B6), an investment sales and capital advisory brokerage led by industry veteran Paul J. Massey, Jr. and headquartered in Manhattan, today announced the appointment of David Chase as Partner and Executive Managing Director of Investment Sales. Mr. Chase will oversee the Manhattan territory encompassing the neighborhoods of West Harlem, East Harlem, Manhattanville, Striver’s Row, Upper Manhattan, Hamilton Heights and Sugar Hill.

A dedicated and knowledgeable commercial broker, Mr. Chase most recently served as President and CEO of ONE Commercial Realty Services. Mr. Chase also worked closely with Mr. Massey at Massey Knakal Realty Services where he was initially Director of Retail Leasing prior to transitioning into the role of Director of Investment Sales with a focus on the Long Island City and Astoria markets. Mr. Chase continued in this role once Massey Knakal Realty Services was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield. He brings over 16 years of experience in investment sales, retail leasing and construction management to the growing team of B6 Real Estate Advisors.

As Executive Managing Director of Investment Sales, Chase’s responsibilities will include territory management, business development, real estate advisory services and executing sales goals.

Chase earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Georgian State University in Tbilisi, Georgia. He also studied management at Cornell University. Chase holds several honors for his brokerage work including the ONE Commercial Excellence Award for 2017, the CoStar Power Broker Award for 2014 and the Massey Knakal Agent of the Year Award for 2013, to name a few. Chase is active in the New York real estate community serving on the Real Estate Board of New York and ICSC. He is also an active volunteer at a number of non-profits including Catalog for Giving.
