Brixmor Property Group Prices $250 Million Floating Rate Notes Offering

Brixmor Property Group Inc. (NYSE: BRX) announced today that its operating partnership, Brixmor Operating Partnership LP priced an offering of $250 million aggregate principal amount of Floating Rate Notes due 2022 with an interest rate equal to three-month U.S. dollar LIBOR plus 1.05% per annum, reset quarterly (the "Notes"). Interest on the Notes is payable quarterly on February 1, May 1, August 1 and November 1 of each year, commencing November 1, 2018. The Notes will mature on February 1, 2022. The offering is expected to close on August 31, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions.

The Operating Partnership expects to use the net proceeds from this offering to repay outstanding indebtedness under its $600 million term loan and for general corporate purposes. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. BMO Capital Markets Corp., Mizuho Securities USA LLC, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. are acting as co-managers for the offering.
