Presidio Closes Secondary Common Stock Offering

NEW YORK, Sept. 20, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Presidio, Inc. (NASDAQ:PSDO), a leading North American IT solutions provider delivering Digital Infrastructure, Cloud and Security solutions to create agile, secure infrastructure platforms for middle-market customers, today announced the closing of its previously announced secondary public offering of 3,000,000 shares of the Company’s common stock by AP VIII Aegis Holdings, L.P., an affiliate of investment funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, LLC (NYSE: APO), at a price of $15.24 per share. The Company did not sell any shares and did not receive any proceeds from the offering.
