Blue River Partners Announces Significant New York Expansion

Blue River Partners, LLC is pleased to announce that due to substantial market demand for its services, the company has significantly expanded its New York resources, including new office space in Manhattan at 800 Third Avenue, New York, NY 10022. In addition, Blue River has added several senior executives to its team in New York.

As the newest senior members of our New York team, we welcome each of the following:

Professional Biographies

Roy Genzmann, Managing Director – Fund Administration, Operations & Outsourced CFO

Mr. Genzmann possesses more than 20 years of comprehensive operations and financial reporting experience within the financial and non-financial service industries. Before joining Blue River, he had various work assignments including a Consultant position at TPG Global. Previously, he was an Executive Director at JP Morgan, where he worked in their fund administration business, and was a Senior Manager at Bank of America and AIG Investments in their alternative asset management business. He started his career at Deloitte & Touché as an auditor. Mr. Genzmann is a Certified Public Accountant.

Steve Kansky, Managing Director – Regulatory Compliance

Mr. Kansky joins Blue River's Legal & Regulatory Compliance group with nearly 20 years of experience. Prior to joining Blue River, he served as Senior Compliance Consultant specializing in investment advisor regulatory compliance matters with an emphasis on private funds, Senior Compliance Officer for Point72 Asset Management, a multibillion-dollar global asset management firm where he had primary responsibility for providing ongoing compliance support to the firm's investment professionals, and Chief Compliance Officer for Tribeca Global Management, a global multi-strategy hedge fund.

Mike Purce, Managing Director – Tax Advisory and Compliance

Mr. Purce joins Blue River's tax group with more than 12 years of experience in corporate and partnership taxation at a "Big 4" and top 15 national accounting firm. During his time in public accounting Mr. Purce managed the tax compliance filings for an extensive number of clients ranging in a variety of asset classes including real estate, banking, insurance, loan origination, technology, healthcare and financial advisory. He has also spent time developing and teaching various continuing education classes on tax topics that affect the alternative asset industry.

Paul Gustus, Managing Director – Business Development

Mr. Gustus has more than 20 years of experience in the alternative asset industry supporting numerous third-party managers, hedge funds and private equity funds in various C-level capacities. His operational experience includes multiple strategies and spans start-ups to multibillion-dollar funds. Prior to joining Blue River, he was a Managing Director of Business Development & Corporate Strategy at a service provider within the industry where he cultivated relationships with managers, partners, service providers and other key players in the space. Prior to that, Paul spent 20 years on the buy side, with his latest C-level role acting as Chief Administration Officer of Crestview Partners, a multibillion-dollar private equity fund.

Ashley Fizzarotti, Director – Operations & Outsourced CFO

Ms. Fizzarotti comes to Blue River with more than 10 years of alternative investment fund accounting and operations experience. Prior to joining Blue River, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Blue Anchor Capital Partners, a fundamental long/short equity fund, and spent six years at Terrapin Asset Management, a multi-strategy registered investment advisor, as well as other roles cultivating her experience across multiple strategies and asset classes.
