Anatracey Hawkins
CNY, one of New York City’s leading construction management firms, today announced the appointment of AnaTracey Hawkins as Vice President of Strategic Growth.
In the newly-created role, Ms. Hawkins will focus on strengthening and growing CNY’s position in the industry, working closely with CNY President Ken Colao. Her responsibilities will include identifying and implementing new business strategies in current sectors and innovative business initiatives for its expansion.

A New Zealand native, Ms. Hawkins studied quantity surveying at Unitec – Institute of Technology in Auckland. Outside of work, she is the founder of the New York commercial real estate business think tank ‘Biz Devel’ and an active supporter of several New York-based charities that focus on youth development.
