GPG Properties’ Randy and Jason Glick celebrated the opening of their new offices at 136 East 57^th Street on the suite’s impressive wraparound terrace overlooking Midtown. Paterfamilias Alvin Glick, 86, who co-founded the management division of the company, Mautner-Glick Corp., in 1959 and is still active, gave the first toast while surrounded by family, friends, clients and colleagues. Currently, Mautner-Glick manages approximately 3,000 residential units in Manhattan. GPG Properties, which launched in 2017 as the investment arm of the three-generation family-run real estate business, has recently acquired multifamily properties in Yorkville and the Upper Westside, as well as luxury residential complexes in Nashville, Charlotte, NC, and Atlanta. The new offices represent Mautner-Glick’s first office relocation in 30 years!
