Construction/Demolition of the old Key Bank building (and Buffalo Savings Bank before that) started in November of 2017. Since then, the 17,000 square foot space has been completely gutted and renovated. Highlights include 2 kitchens, space for 70 employees, a state-of-the-art conference room, and a 3,000 square foot outdoor pergola. "Our market share in Buffalo has increased at such a rapid pace, we outgrew our office on Wehrle Drive," said Donoghue. "This new building will help us provide mortgage services to even more people in the Buffalo area. We're aiming to be #1."
