Morgan Everhart's "See in Real Time" Art Exhibition Hosted by The Jacky Teplitzky Team at Douglas Elliman

rogue + renegade is pleased to announce the reception of “See in real time,” a solo show of paintings by Morgan Everhart. Morgan Everhart received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of North Texas and her Master of Fine Arts from the LeRoy E. Hoffberger School of Painting at Maryland Institute College of Art. Recent exhibitions include Four Degrees of Abstraction, curated by Anne-Brigitte Sirois, Markel Fine Arts, New York, New York (2018), Through a glass, darkly, 440 Irving, Brooklyn, NY (2018), and Towards the Hollow at Rehoboth Art League in Delaware (2016). Everhart works in New York, New York at Painting Space 122. Her first solo exhibition at a museum opens January 2019 at Longwood Center for the Visual Arts in Farmville, Virginia. She is currently YCG Fine Arts Artist in Residence.

Skillfully balancing on the edges of abstraction and traditional still-life, Morgan Everhart’s See in Real Time is an introspective exhibition that seeks to cultivate feelings and memories of people, places, and experiences through painting. By pushing and pulling multiple vantage points and perspectives in each painting, the layers applied become intimate environments. These interacting surfaces provide the stage on which Everhart explores the passage of time, memory, and internal reflection. This private exhibition’s reception will be held on November 14th from 6-9pm at an exclusive penthouse located at 135 West 52nd Street, currently on the market with The Jacky Teplitzky Team at Douglas Elliman. The exhibition runs through December 15th, 2018 with appointments by request only.
