Newsday Renews 38,600 SF At 360 Smith Street In Farmingdale


Milvado Property Group, one of Long Island, NY’s leading owner/managers of industrial spaces, announced today that Newsday has renewed its 38,600-square-foot lease at 360 Smith Street, where it has resided for 20 years,

360 Smith Street is a 60,000-square-foot multi-tenanted property featuring ample parking, offering direct access to the Long Island expressway and Route 110 and multiple additional transportation routes.
