Cauldwell Wingate Company, LLC is pleased to announce that Andrew Baranello has been promoted to Senior Vice President, effective immediately. A 30+ year construction industry veteran, Mr. Baranello most recently served as Vice President of Major Buildings Operations with Cauldwell Wingate. Prior, he spent over 15 years building major buildings, in house, for some of New York City’s most prominent real estate developers.

In his new role, Mr. Baranello will maintain his responsibilities with Major Buildings and will increase business development initiatives and client relations. He will also serve as a member of the Executive Team focused on strategy, policy, operations, personnel growth, training and mentoring as well as overseeing the company’s day-to-day activities for new construction projects.

Over the last 4 years serving as Vice President, Mr. Baranello was instrumental in securing and executing Cauldwell Wingate’s largest residential project, The Eagle Lofts in Long Island City, New York for Rockrose Development Corporation. Additionally, Mr. Baranello was instrumental in Cauldwell Wingate being retained to build 40 Tenth Avenue, Manhattan, commonly referred to as Solar Carve Tower with Aurora Capital. This project was featured as one of the 14 Most Anticipated Buildings of 2019 in the world by Architectural Digest.

Mr. Baranello earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from St. John’s University and an Associate’s degree in Construction Technology from NYC Technical College.
