Fabio LaManna, security and transportation manager at Lantern Hill, an Erickson Living managed and developed retirement community in New Providence, New Jersey, was named the retirement community’s Leader of the Year for 2018.
LaManna was one of 20 employees selected by their respective communities or corporate departments and recognized nationally among his peers during the Erickson Living Annual Meeting held in Baltimore, Maryland, on March 4.
The recognition is given to a manager or director who continually demonstrates exceptional leadership qualities and inspires, motivates and empowers his or her team members to commit to excellence in serving residents.
