Prior to joining DSM, Scott was the vice president, director of marketing for Investors Bank located in Short Hills, NJ. There, he developed and managed an in-house marketing team and was responsible for the branding, marketing and advertising for the Bank. This new position at DSM marks Scott’s return to the agency side of marketing and advertising. Previously, he serviced and managed many clients during his employment at Popcorn Communications and AGA Creative, both previously located in New York City. During his tenure at those organizations, he was responsible for creative and marketing initiatives for clients including Dean & Deluca, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Paul Miller, Madame Alexander, Anheuser-Busch, The Limited Inc., Tumi, AMEX and FAO Schwarz.
In his new position at DSM, Scott will be reporting directly to Zinka Ramdedovic, chief operating officer, and is tasked with uncovering insights that will transform into unique, multi-touchpoint campaigns, overseeing the account team, building strategies with all departments involved and presenting and selling ideas to clients. He will also seek and develop new opportunities and ideas.

Todd Giannattasio is a veteran marketing expert who has been featured by Entrepreneur, Forbes, and Huffington Post for his proven systems to grow brands, generate leads and increase sales in our constantly evolving, digital world. His combination of fundamental principles and modern marketing strategies are what create a force multiplier for clients.
Todd has worked in digital communications and marketing since 2003. He is the founder of Tresnic Media and of Growth Suite. Throughout his career, he has worked with some of the biggest companies in the world from Universal Records to BASF, and with growing startups and small businesses.
Todd is certified in sales and marketing from DigitalMarketer.com, HubSpot, and the Jordan Belfort Straight Line Sales and Persuasion System. He is an advisor for Propelify has been a featured speaker at the Propelify Innovation Festival the last two years, presenting to a combined audience of 18,000 people.
In his role at DSM, Todd will be helping to run the marketing for the Agency as well as working with the digital and content teams on creating, customizing and implementing modern marketing strategies for its clients.
