Landsea Homes – an international home building and development company with operations in the United States, Europe and Asia – has announced three significant promotions in their growing New York Metro Division.

Landsea Homes has promoted Jed Lowry to Division Vice President of Finance, where he will oversee all of the division’s financial planning, reporting and accounting efforts. Working alongside Graham, Jed will develop division-wide financial strategies and provide financial analysis assistance to the acquisition team in addition to assisting the corporate finance and legal teams in their partnership formation and project financing efforts.

Oded Ben Nun was promoted to the Division’s Vice President of Acquisitions, positioning Landsea Homes as a strategic and opportunistic land buyer in the New York City market. As the Vice President of Acquisitions, Oded will play an integral role in identifying and securing opportunities that will define the next phase of the division’s portfolio.

Promoted from his recent role as Development Associate, Steven Cohen will now serve as the Project Manager of 212 W.93rd Street, the highly anticipated condominium offering Landsea Homes is developing along with Leyton Properties on Manhattan’s famed Upper West Side. A unique project, 212 W. 93rd Street involves working hand-in-hand with the Shaare Zedek congregation to build a cutting-edge condominium above a brand new synagogue.

Landsea Homes develops residences and communities throughout the country that reflect modern living while fitting the diverse wants and needs of today’s homebuyer. In addition to the firm’s 212 West 93rd Street project, which recently broke ground, Landsea Homes is developing a residential property at 540 Sixth Avenue in partnership with DNA Development. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, this project will consist of 50 luxury residences.

Landsea Homes’ other notable projects in the region include the award-winning Avora at Port Imperial, a 184-waterfront condominium building on the Weehawken, New Jersey waterfront that was named “National Community of the Year” in 2018 by the National Association of Homebuilders. The firm also recently completed the Pierce Boston, a 30-story tower in Boston’s storied Fenway neighborhood.
