George Comfort & Sons Signs 25K SF Lease with POP Displays at Kingsbrook in Rye Brook

George Comfort & Sons, Inc. announced today the signing of a 25,523-square-foot lease with POP Displays at Kingsbrook, its newly renovated six building complex located at 1100 King Street in Rye Brook, NY.

POP Displays takes an innovative approach to the design and development of custom merchandising for its clients which include major brands like L’Oreal, Maybelline, CVS, Walmart, Sally Beauty, Revlon, and Physicians Formula. Under the 11-year lease, the company will relocate its executive offices from 555 Tuckahoe Road in Yonkers in the second quarter of 2019.

Acquired by a joint venture of George Comfort & Sons and DRA Advisors in 2018, the six building, 565,000-square-foot office complex is located on an immaculately landscaped 25 acres. It features newly renovated lobbies and common areas and extensive amenity offerings with conference facilities, three cafes, two fitness centers, ample parking, shuttle service to the nearby Port Chester Metro-North station, and outdoor seating and activity spaces including volleyball and bocce courts.

POP Displays was represented in the transaction by Managing Director Al Gutierrez on behalf of Colliers International (Mr. Gutierrez is currently with Jones Lang LaSalle), as well as by Senior Vice President Jeff Shepard of California-based Hughes Marino.
