Ryan Soames Engineering, a consulting engineering firm based in New York City and Point Pleasant, New Jersey is pleased to announce that Bonnie Pfleiderer has joined their New York City team as the Vice President of Business Development| Associate.

At Ryan Soames, Bonnie will develop new business strategies, manage client relationships, develop strategic communications and marketing plans, and heighten the company’s brand and presence within the real estate and construction sectors. Bonnie is known for her abilities to establish and retain new business as well as increase revenue through the generation of leads and existing contacts.

Bonnie has over 12 years of experience in business development and has had an integral role in the indetifying, targetting, and securing of new business and master service agreements on national accounts within the construction and real estate industries. Most recently, Bonnie served as the Director of Business Development at a construction firm based in New York City. She has held previous Business Development positions for notable firms such as Donnelly Mechanical, Cardella Waste Services, and Feigus Office Furniture.

Ryan Soames shares the same passion for philanthropic work as Bonnie, so much so, that the firm has incorporated these organizations into their philanthropic calendar.
