HBC Announces Election of Directors

TORONTO & NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HBC (TSX: HBC) announced that all of the nominees listed in its management information circular dated May 15, 2019 were elected as directors of HBC at the annual meeting of shareholders held today in Toronto. The results of the vote are set out below:
