Stemline Therapeutics Prices $76,250,000 Public Offering of Common Stock

NEW YORK, Aug. 08, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Stemline Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: STML), a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, acquiring, developing and commercializing innovative oncology therapeutics, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $15.25 per share, with expected gross proceeds to Stemline of $76,250,000. Stemline has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 750,000 additional shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The offering is expected to close on or about August 13, 2019, subject to customary closing conditions.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Cowen and Company, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. and H.C.
