Tri State continues to strategically expand in order to capitalize on opportunities throughout Brooklyn and the greater New York-area

Tri State Commercial Realty, Brooklyn’s foremost real estate broker, is announcing the appointment of Casey Mullin as an Associate Broker. Mullin, who has over 15 years of experience throughout the real estate industry with a keen focus on the Brooklyn market, is going to be focused on utilizing her skills and relationships to drive operational performance and add to the already robust roster of commercial clients.

Mullin joins Tri State from Nooklyn, a Brooklyn-based start-up that connects renters with apartments. As a Senior Associate Broker, she managed portfolios and led new development lease-ups.

Prior to joining the brokerage world, Mullin spent five years as a Property Manager for Vintage Real Estate Services. During her time in that role, Mullin managed the day-to-day operations of a 500-unit, three-building luxury coop complex in Brooklyn. This entailed coordinating capital improvements and managing challenging projects including Hurricane Sandy recovery, with great success. Prior to her role at Vintage Real Estate, Mullin served as the Director of Operations for Shore Front Developers of Rockaway Park, a luxury condominium developer in Queens.
