NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--White Oak Healthcare Finance, LLC today announced it acted as administrative agent and lead lender on the funding of a $241 million senior credit facility secured by 19 skilled nursing facilities diversified across 6 states. The total portfolio comprised over 2,000 beds.
