Michael Lloyd, of Asbury Park, NJ, has been named the Director of General Services at Seabrook, an Erickson Living developed and managed senior living community in Tinton Falls, NJ.

Lloyd will be responsible for providing leadership to Seabrook’s facilities, maintenance and housekeeping, security, communications, grounds, custom interiors, and transportation teams. He will also be supporting re-occupancy and development projects in the community in cooperation with Erickson Living's development team and community partners, among other duties.

Lloyd brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in both hospitality and operations management to his role at Seabrook. Prior to joining Seabrook, he was the Regional Director of Franchise Operations for the Radisson Hotel Group. He has also held several other operations leadership roles with Wyndham Hotel Group and Hilton Hotels Corporation.

Lloyd holds a bachelor's degree from Ball State University and is a master’s candidate at Farleigh Dickinson University.
