Regeneron Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:REGN) has finalized its secondary offering of ~13M common shares held by collaboration partner Sanofi (NASDAQ:SNY), including the full exercise of underwriters' option to buy additional shares, at $515 per share.
It also completed the repurchase of ~9.8M Sanofi-held shares at $509.85 per share for a total of $5B.
Sanofi retains ownership of 400K REGN shares.
REGN is down 1% after hours while SNY is down a fraction.
