Paul Klimos Appointed to World Economic Forum's Global Future Council on Agile Governance

Paul Klimos, an associate in DLA Piper’s Corporate practice, has been appointed to the Global Future Council on Agile Governance of the World Economic Forum (WEF), effective October 1, 2020.

The WEF’s Global Future Councils make up an interdisciplinary knowledge network dedicated to promoting innovative thinking to shape a sustainable and inclusive future for all. The network convenes knowledgeable thought leaders from academia, government, business and civil society. It is an invitation-only community, and members are nominated for a one-year period.

In his practice, Klimos helps founders navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship and emerging technologies and helps investors evaluate, structure and manage various types of investments. He advises on corporate structuring and governance, securities compliance, company- and investor-side venture and debt financing, private investment fund formation and operation, as well as domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Klimos represents emerging growth companies at all levels of development and investors in the different forms and stages of their investments.
