Vroom is offering 9,000,000 shares of its common stock pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). Vroom expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,350,000 shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount.
