New Residential Investment Corp. Prices Offering of Senior Unsecured Notes

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--New Residential Investment Corp. (NYSE: NRZ) announced today that it has priced its previously announced offering of $550 million aggregate principal amount of 6.250% senior unsecured notes due 2025. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering, together with cash on hand, to prepay and retire its existing three-year senior secured term loan facility and to pay related fees and expenses. The notes will not have any registration rights.

The offering is expected to close on September 16, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
