Scott Harris, a top producing agent at Brown Harris Stevens, is delighted to welcome two new members to the award-winning roster of agents on the Harris Residential Team.

Dean "Riley" Moody Jr. comes to the Harris Residential Team after a ten-year career in banking, where he was involved in fixed-income Institutional Sales at JP Morgan, BB&T, and most recently Oppenheimer. Riley's deep experience working with high net worth families and individuals, and family offices, as well as hedge funds and institutional investors prepared him for working in luxury residential real estate. Comfortable in a conversation with clients about their dream property or investment philosophy, his ability to blend a passion for people with an intuition about the best homes for them is a valuable asset. Riley holds a BA from the University of Alabama and resides in Murray Hill.

Billie Sunday Banks joined Brown Harris Stevens in 2018 and the Harris Residential Team summer 2020. Billie's diverse skill set speaks to today's competitive market. With extensive experience with one of New York's most prominent fine jewelry designers, working with high-end clients, and event planning for the stars, she is prepared to offer a successful and satisfying experience throughout the sales process.

Her passion for real estate began at an early age when her mother would take her along to showings of historical homes to teach her about art, architecture, and design. She combines her knowledge of New York City’s neighborhoods, buildings, and culture from first-hand experiences of living in the city.

Originally from Laguna Beach California, Billie grew up in northwest Arkansas. She prides herself on making it a priority to bring her southern hospitality and her "never meets a stranger" mentality to everything she does in life and of course, real estate.

As a former client herself, Billie respects the Brown Harris Stevens standards and is proud to now be an agent at the most established residential real estate sales firm setting the standard of excellence in every aspect of real estate from marketing to customer satisfaction.
