For the second year in a row, DLA Piper has been named Best Law Firm of the Year in France by Private Equity Magazine at its annual Les Grands Prix de Private Equity Magazine awards ceremony, held on September 28 at the Théâtre des Folies Bergère in Paris.
DLA Piper’s Co-Managing Partner in France, Xavier Norlain, accepted the award on the firm’s behalf. Winners were selected after an analysis of business activity and deal flow throughout 2019. A jury panel of 22 professionals from across the private equity deal landscape, including funds, investment companies and professional advisors, chose the winners for the 13 award categories.
