Douglas Elliman Development Marketing announced today that the firm will be handling the exclusive sales and marketing for the ground up new residential condominium project, Graydon Chelsea. Developed by Pan-Brothers Associates and Valyrian Capital with architectural design and residence interiors by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects, the Graydon Chelsea, a 15-story building with an elegant terra-cotta tile façade and oversized windows is located at 128 West 23rd Street in the heart of Chelsea.
