Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holdings Corp. Closes $70M Common Stock Offering

CHATHAM, N.J., Feb. 09, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TONIX PHARMACEUTICALS HOLDINGS CORP. (NASDAQ: TNXP), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, today announced the closing of its previously announced registered direct offering, priced at-the-market, with gross proceeds of approximately $70.0 million before deducting fees and other estimated offering expenses. The Company sold 58,333,334 shares of common stock at $1.20 per share.
