The free, virtual continuing education seminar will be hosted by Nick Malfitano of Titlevest and moderated by radio personality and real estate professional Vince Rocco.

The session will be hosted by Nick Malfitano. Vince Rocco will be moderating the panel. Mr. Rocco is a seasoned professional with many years of progressive and diversified sales, sales management and executive level experience. A luxury agent at Brown Harris Stevens, Mr. Rocco is dedicated to delivering quality service to his buyers and sellers. He also hosts Good Morning New York Talk Show where he focuses on the local Manhattan real estate market.
The panel of acclaimed experts will include Heather McDonough-Domi, Tara King-Brown, Michael Vargas, Melissa Cohn, Orest Tomaselli, Kael Goodman and Scott van der Marck.
Heather McDonough-Domi is a founding partner of the H + H Real Estate Team at Compass with over 19 years of real estate experience in the luxury market in Manhattan with a specialty in new development sales and marketing. Ms. McDonough-Doni is also the Founding Chairperson of the New York Residential Agent Continuum (NYRAC), an organization established in 2018 by and residential real estate agents, that is focused on enhancing the consumer experience and elevating the status of the residential brokerage profession in New York City.
With over 14 years’ experience selling luxury real estate, Tara King-Brown brings a dedicated approach and passion to her work, coupled with an engaging and dynamic personality that leads to client’s ongoing confidence and loyalty. She joined The Corcoran Group is 2013. Her extensive experience working in new development in both Vancouver, B.C. and New York City have given her buyers valuable leverage and insight into this arena.
Michael Vargas, Principal and Co-Founder of Vanderbilt Appraisal, has over 25 years of diversified real estate experience with a focus on the appraisal and valuation of real estate in the NY Metropolitan Area. Mr. Vargas is recognized as one of the most experienced professionals in the appraisal of New York area cooperative and condominium housing; and luxury, mansion, complex type residential real estate.
Melissa Cohn is the Executive Mortgage Banker at William Raveis Mortgage. With over 35 years in the industry, Ms. Cohn is a pioneer in the mortgage industry. In 2020, she joined William Raveis Mortgage, where she is currently a top originator in the company.
In his role as President and CEO of National Condo Advisors, Orest Tomaselli provides lenders with 20 years of mortgage industry compliance knowledge, customized guidance on condominium and cooperative origination and review policies. Mr. Tomaselli has lectured nationally and provided guidance to Fannie Mae, HUD, the New York State Attorney General’s Office, the New York State Bar Association and the Mortgage Bankers Association.
