Firm tapped to market available space at one of Midtown’s premier office towers
Avison Young, the world’s fastest-growing commercial real estate services firm, today announced that its New York City office has been named the exclusive office leasing agent for 530 Fifth Avenue, RXR Realty’s 540,000-square-foot, Class A, 26-story tower in the heart of Manhattan’s flourishing Midtown market.
The building is situated between 44 th Street and 45th Street– just twoblocks from Bryant Park and Grand Central Terminal, three blocks fromRockefeller Center – is one of the premier office buildings in Midtown. RXR purchased the office portion of the building from Rockwood Capital and Jamestown in 2014.
The Avison Young team of Principal and tri-state president, Arthur J. Mirante, II, president and managing director, A. MittiLiebersohn, principals John Ryan, III and Michael Leff, senior director Anthony LoPresti, and senior associate Henry Fuentes will manage leasing for the building’s vacant office space on behalf of ownership.

Avison Young is currently marketing office spaces ranging from 7,800 to 102,000rentable square feet. The building’s current tenants include Lions Gate Entertainment, Ameriprise Financial Inc., and Diageo North America.
