Assignment Underscores Diversity of Firm’s Third-Party Services Portfolio

Levin Management has been retained by The Shoppes at Flemington's new ownership to continue its role as exclusive managing agent for the lifestyle center. The assignment underscores the diversity of the firm’s shopping center portfolio as well as its expertise in providing comprehensive third-party retail real estate services to both new and existing clients.

Levin’s involvement with The Shoppes at Flemington dates back to its opening. “We are pleased to continue our role as managing agent at The Shoppes at Flemington, and look forward to utilizing Levin’s expertise in all aspects of property operations to maximize the center’s efficiency and appeal on behalf of its new ownership,” said Joseph Lowry, Levin’s senior vice president of leasing and acquisitions.

Located at the intersection of Reaville Avenue and Route 202, the 135,000-square-foot open air lifestyle center features a complementary collection of upscale apparel stores, specialty retailers and restaurants. Anchored by a 22,000-square-foot HomeGoods, the tenant mix includes Talbots, J. Jill, Justice, New York & Company, Ann Taylor Loft, Five Below, GNC, Ulta Beauty, Great Clips, Massage Envy and Panchero’s Mexican Grill, among others.

Levin continues to grow its leasing and management portfolio. In recent months the firm has been awarded new property assignments in Hackensack, Whiting, West Orange and Woodbridge, N.J.; Philadelphia, Pa.; and Hicksville, N.Y. To support the firm’s continued expansion, Levin has added key personnel to its leasing, construction and property management departments.

Levin today maintains a diversified, retail-focused portfolio of approximately 95 properties totaling 13 million square feet in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states, offering leasing, property management, accounting, construction management and marketing. The company specializes in repositioning, retenanting and renovating real estate – areas that have become particularly vital in an increasingly competitive market. Levin’s services continue to evolve with new technologies, efficiencies and sustainability-focused initiatives to serve a new generation of properties, investors and tenants.
