Flexible Floor Plates, Campus Setting Highlight 230,000-SF Office Property

Global commercial real estate services firm Colliers International Group Inc. has been named exclusive leasing agent for Florham Park Corporate Center, a 230,000-square-foot, two-building, Class A office property in Florham Park. Richard Mirliss and Richard Madison, executive managing directors, and Alex Vitro, Jack Callahan and Ryan Haggerty, associates, are heading the assignment on behalf of the building’s ownership, a joint venture of Bergman Real Estate Group and Rialto Capital.

Located at 25 A&B Vreeland Road, Florham Park Corporate Center features a tranquil 14-acre campus setting and highly flexible floor plates. “This property can accommodate tenant requirements ranging from 1,000 square feet to full-floor occupancies of 38,000 square feet, which distinguishes it in the local market,” said Mirliss, whose team is based in Colliers International’s Parsippany, N.J, office. “Its onsite and neighborhood amenities, and prime Morris County location add to its competitive positioning.”

The twin, 115,000-square-foot buildings have recently been renovated with reconditioned, three-story atrium lobbies, upgraded building common areas, and a new state-of-the-art conference and training center. Tenant amenities also include a full-service café, shared employee lounge, landscaped central courtyard and on-site management.”
