The $80 million project, which is close to Barclays Center, MetroTech and Brooklyn Navy Yard, is highlighted by signature Escobar design elements, including a full-height waterfall, glass-enclosed lobby greenhouse with a wall of live foliage, prism-shaped pendant chandeliers and deep walnut wood details. Raising the Holiday Inn flag to new heights, Escobar also designed the opulent spa and pool, fully equipped fitness center, French-Asian-themed on-site restaurant and all 245 rooms…which, as expected, are booking fast!
