Luxury Swimwear Retailer Inks Lease for New Store at 30 Main Street

Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. is pleased to announce that Vilebrequin, the St. Tropez-based luxury swimwear and clothing brand, is opening its newest location at 30 Main Street in East Hampton, New York. This will be the retailer’s second location in the Hamptons.

Vilebrequin signed a long-term lease for the 315 square-foot, ground floor space, which comes with an additional 300 square-foot storage mezzanine. The store has over 20 feet of prime frontage on Main Street in the heart of the village of East Hampton. Joshua Roth, Vice President, Retail Leasing for Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. represented the landlord on the deal and the tenant was represented by Joel Isaacs and Greg Flood of Isaacs & Company.

The French luxury brand specializes in both swimwear and ready-to-wear for men and women, and is known for carrying a large range of high-quality styles for all generations, starting at 6 months old. Established in 1971 in St. Tropez, France by Fred Prysquel, Vilebrequin has a worldwide presence, with stores across 5 continents in locations including New York, Beverly Hills, Sao Paolo, Paris, Saint-Barthelemy, Porto Cervo, Rome, Johannesburg, and Seoul.

The space is located in the same building as, and directly adjacent to the entrance of the United Artists Theater.
