Tenant Relocates and Expands Within SLG Portfolio

SL Green Realty Corp (NYSE: SLG) today announced that fast-growing, international law firm Goldberg Segalla LLP has nearly doubled in size at SL Green’s 711 Third Avenue, signing an 11+ year lease covering 23,679 square feet for its New York City headquarters.
The firm currently occupies 12,487 square feet at SL Green’s 600 Lexington Avenue. When it relocates by the end of this year, Goldberg Segalla will occupy the entire 19th and a portion of the 18th floors of the 20-story, 583,000-square-foot building.
711 Third is located one block east of Grand Central Terminal and is well-known for its distinctive lobby featuring an elaborate mosaic design created by famous German artist Hans Hofmann.

This demonstrates a unique advantage as New York City’s largest commercial landlord to be able to accommodate the ever changing space needs of our tenants,” said Steven Durels, director of leasing and real property for SL Green, who added that “during the last 14 months, a total of 177,745 square feet has been leased at the property”.
