Meringoff Properties, Inc. today announced that Dan Chiltern, a veteran of the construction industry, with more than 20 years of experience working for two leading construction management firms, has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Construction and Building Systems.

Prior to joining Meringoff Properties, Dan Chiltern worked for Structure Tone and earlier for JT Magen. He was last at Structure Tone.
