-- The Squeeze will move into 250-square-foot space at 108 MacDougal Street –
Eastern Consolidated has arranged a 10-year, 250-square-foot lease on the ground floor at 108 MacDougal Street in Greenwich Village for The Squeeze, a vegan food and juice shop.
Eastern Consolidated Director Jeff Geoghegan and Associate Director Max Swerdloff represented the Squeeze Juice. The landlord was represented by Steven E. Baker of the Winick Realty Group.
“This will be the first Manhattan storefront for the Squeeze Juice, which currently operates a storefront in Bushwick, Brooklyn, and sells its juice products at the Mercedes Club, Gansevoort Market, and at 233 Spring Street in SoHo,” Geoghegan said.
Swerdloff continued, “New Yorkers are very health conscious, so we’re expecting an overwhelming response to The Squeeze in the new Greenwich Village location.”
The mission of The Squeeze is to bring customers to the next level of nutritional consciousness through detox cleanses, superfoods, and fresh live produce prepared into raw gourmet meals. More information is available at http://thesqueezejuice.com/
