Eastern Consolidated’s Retail Leasing Division has arranged a 10-year, 4,400-square-foot lease in a retail condo unit on the ground floor of 547 West 20th Street in West Chelsea for Garth Greenan Gallery, which is relocating from a tenth floor gallery in a building on the same block.
Eastern Consolidated Senior Director Brad Cohen, and Associate Director Jon Kamali, exclusively represented the owner of the retail condo, which is split into two retail units. The tenant was represented by Susan B. Anthony of Susan B. Anthony Real Estate.

The ground floor space features 13-foot high ceilings and was previously occupied by Elizabeth Dee Gallery and earlier used by the Friends of the High Line as the site of their pop-up art exhibition titled ‘Pier 54,’ which featured works by 27 female artists.
