
Robert Klein
Monday Properties, a leading real estate investment firm, announced today that Robert Klein has joined the company as Executive Vice President and Head of Capital Markets. In this newly created role, Mr. Klein will focus on raising debt and equity from external co-investment partners to further expand Monday Properties’ portfolio.

An industry veteran with nearly 20 years of experience, Mr. Klein has been instrumental in completing more than $30 billion in various types of real estate transactions. In his previous role at Evercore Partners, Mr. Klein was a Managing Director of the firm's corporate advisory business focusing on Real Estate, Gaming and Hospitality, where he advised a number of public and private companies and committees including The Special Committee of the Board of Directors for KBS REIT I and II, Duke Realty Corp., Dubai World Lender Committee, Westfield America, Iron Mountain, Fibra Uno, Community Healthcare Trust, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Special Situations Fund III, and creditors of Centro Properties Group.
Mr. Klein is an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the University of Florida’s Bergstrom Center Advisory Board. He graduated from the University of Florida Honors Program, with a Bachelor of Science in Business and he received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
