On June 23rd,Steiner NYC, held the topping out ofSteiner East Village, an 82-unit, seven-story, full-service luxury residential condominium located at 438 East 12th Street. Guests included associates from Bank of America, BNY Mellon, NorthStar, USI Insurance and CM & Associates.
