The wholesale insurance firm, which was recently acquired by the Carlyle Group, will use the partial sixth-floor space as offices.
Brett Maslin, Senior Managing Director at Adams & Co., represented the tenant in the transaction. Lindsay Godard and Keith Cody represented the landlord, Empire State Realty Trust. Although the full details were not disclosed, asking rent was $64 per square foot.

In its new space, JenCap will enjoy nine glass offices, a spacious conference room, a full eat-in pantry and large windows overlooking Herald Square and Sixth Avenue.”
