Kamber Management Company Continues Commitment to Revitalization of Prominent Midtown Property with Key New Hire
Kamber Management Company, a privately-owned real estate company active in the New York City market for over 75 years, has announced that they have hired Robert Breschard as Tower 45 at Sixth Avenue’s property manager. Mr. Breschard, who has over 30 years’ experience overseeing Class-A commercial properties in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Boston, will be handling all aspects of the building’s capital improvement plan and ongoing maintenance.
The announcement was made by Steven M. Levy, principal of Kamber Management Company.

Prior to joining Kamber Management, Mr. Breschard managed two Class-A SL Green Realty commercial properties, each with over one million SF. Before that, he spent 17 years as the director of asset services for CBRE/Edward S. Gordon Co., where he oversaw a portfolio of up to 10 million SF of institutionally and privately owned properties. He previously worked for JMB Properties, Inc., Winoker Realty Co., and Cushman and Wakefield. He began his career at Edward S. Gordon where he was the Chief Engineer for 950 Third Avenue in New York City. Mr. Breschard is also BOMA-Certified and a Licensed New York Real Estate Salesperson.
Tower 45 at Sixth Avenue is the premier 26-year-old office building located in the heart of Midtown, within steps of Rockefeller Center and Bryant Park. Kamber Management recently initiated a $20 million capital improvement program to transform the building. A complete modernization of the building’s elevators is already underway along with enhanced security throughout the building as well as landscaping and cosmetic upgrades to the soaring 175-foot Atrium that greets all visitors.
