Continuing its rapid pace of transactions this year, EVO Real Estate Group closed 16 Manhattan leases in the May-June period, raising the total number of deals for the first half of 2016 to 41. EVO is a member of NAI Global, a network of owner-operated commercial real estate firms.
Nearly half of the new transactions involved fashion industry tenants, while the remainder included supply chain consulting, logistics, healthcare software, computer sales, home décor, marketing and public relations, entertainment production, construction, and real estate development and management.
“Our transaction stream reflects the rich vitality and increasingly diverse nature of Manhattan’s midtown and midtown south office tenancy,” says EVO President Dana Moskowitz. “A major factor underlying EVO’s growth is our ability to accommodate the special needs of these various industries.”
