Baroo, the leading full-service pet concierge which operates in urban luxury multifamily properties in premier cities across the U.S., today announced the opening of their first signature Baroo Pampered Pet Retreat in OneEleven, as well as their customized pet spa in Marquee at Block 37. Residents of both downtown Chicago buildings now have access to an unrivaled selection of on-demand pet care services.

The Baroo Pampered Pet Retreat at OneEleven features four playful yet elegantly designed rooms each of which serves a specific purpose to make pups feel at home. Guests will be welcomed upon entry with a check-in and retail space, where you will be able to schedule appointments and pick-up special treats. The Run & Relief Room, which is adorned with natural elements like AstroTurf and a fire hydrant, allows pets to do their business without needing to go outside. The Puppy Play Place features a generous open layout and serves as a recreational area for pets. It is equipped with a seesaw and other pet-friendly amenities. The Spa and Styling Sanctuary will keep dogs looking and feeling fresh with one-on-one grooming, styling, clipping and washing appointments.
The pet spa located on the main amenity floor at Marquee at Block 37, which welcomed its first residents last month, is delightfully designed with floor to ceiling glass, signature turquoise and black color-schemes and state-of-the-art equipment to ensure pets and residents receive the best service possible. The spa also features a check-in and retail space upon entry. The pet spa will host a series of pet grooming days each month to provide residents will full-service grooming services for dogs and cats right onsite. It will also be available to residents to utilize on their own too.
In addition to services unique to the physical spaces, including Yappy Hours and events for pet parents, Baroo will also offer a vast selection of customized in-home and outdoor services to all residents at OneEleven and Marquee at 37, including a variety of dog walk or run programs, in-home pet sitting, feeding, vet visits and training.
