Alan Bonett, Brad Cohn and James Buslik of Adams & Co. represented the landlord, Twenty Three R.P. Associates. Adam Leshowitz at CBRE represented the tenant. Although the full details of the transaction were not disclosed, asking rent was $57 per square foot.

Built in 1910, 30 West 24th Street is a 12-story, 70,954-square-foot building that features 24-hour access, new elevators and a new lobby. Notable tenants include JRS Architects, New York City Saks LLC and B Five Studio.
