The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday honored Toby Moskovits, CEO of Heritage Equity Partners, and Michael Lichtenstein, President of Heritage Equity Partners, as part of their Building Brooklyn Awards, held at the Brooklyn Navy Yard’s Duggal Greenhouse.

The Building Brooklyn Awards is an annual event that recognizes new construction and renovation projects that enrich Brooklyn’s neighborhoods and economy, as well as individuals who have made significant contributions toward enhancing the business conditions and economic climate of Brooklyn.

Together with Rubenstein Partners, Heritage Equity Partners is currently developing 25 Kent, a ground-up 480,000+ square-foot commercial and light industrial building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The project is Brooklyn’s first ground-up speculative commercial building in 40 years and the first time in generations that the private sector built light industrial space without any public investment.
