35,000 SF already leased or sold at 50,000-SF Office Complex Located at 131-07 40th Road
Onex Real Estate Partners today announced the signing of a 3,321-square-foot lease with the American Cancer Society at SkyView Wellness, a 32-unit, 50,000-square-foot office complex situated within The Shops at SkyView Center in Flushing, Queens. The American Cancer Society is scheduled to be among the first tenants to open when the office development opens in August 2016.

William P. O’Brien of M.C. O’Brien, Inc. represented the tenant in the transaction, while Onex Real Estate was represented in-house. Although the full details of the lease were not disclosed, the asking rent was approximately $65 per square foot.
