MiLL RE, a modern NYC real estate brokerage with traditional ideals of client service, is expanding its presence in Queens. Founder Jermain Miller will be opening the firm’s second office this week, in Long Island City’s Court Square.

The new office will be located at 21-52 44^th Drive’s townhouse parlour floor: its 800 square feet will have room for at least 15 agents, as well as giving the MiLL RE team more room to meet with their buyer, seller, renter, landlord and developer clients before or after visiting listings. Adding the Court Square office enables Miller to welcome new, incoming agents as he meets those aptly suited to the approach and ideals of his brokerage.

“MiLL RE works with clients and properties across New York City, but we know where much of the building activity is underway and will be happening. Court Square and Queens Plaza is where a great deal of the big development is taking place and is where our clients are or want to be. So when I learned about space coming available in Court Square, I knew the time was right for MiLL RE to open its second office,” said Miller.

Miller founded his firm a year ago, in 2015, with ample office space for the brokers he opened with and those who joined in the brokerage’s first few months, at the Studio Square building, located at 35-33 36^th Street. Since then, Miller and his team have been focused on a wide array of the area’s real estate needs, from condo, coop and townhouse resales, to helping client find or lease rental homes, to also new development and commercial properties.

Even while working with a range of client and property types, the MiLL RE agents stay focused on developing a relationship and client service model tailored to the specific needs of each individual.
