Institutional Real Estate, Inc. (IREI) announced today that Vivian Tan has joined IREI as Managing Director of Asia Pacific.
Ms. Tan has many years of experience within the institutional real estate market, most recently working as Assistant Vice President at GIC Real Estate Pte Ltd. where she managed the department's corporate policies, coordinated investment committee meetings and partnership events. She also maintained the compliance of business continuity planning within the work teams. Prior to GIC Real Estate Pte Ltd., she was employed by LaSalle Investment Management as Associate Director, Office Administration and Events Planning, where she handled investor relations, human resources, and organized an array of events, including investor conferences.
"Vivian comes to us with a wealth of knowledge of the world of institutional real estate and years of experience enhancing her relationships within the industry," says Jonathan Schein, Senior Vice President, Managing Director of Global Business Development, at IREI. "She will bring an abundance of support and expertise in the development of the institutional real estate investor and investment management communities in Asia."
